Gothic Wedding
Our very own Chef Adam Wendt crafted a custom menu that embodied the event’s dark, moody aesthetic, starting with specialty cocktails in bat and skull glassware, passed by servers in veils and horned headpieces. Dinner followed with a “bloody” amuse-bouche, a salad with black “lace,” and entrées featuring cross-shaped potatoes and “blood rose” eggplant.
