The Burlington Room at Union Station

MAKE THE BURLINGTON ROOM AT UNION STATION YOUR NEXT STOP

Once the women's waiting room and beauty parlor, this extraordinary space has spent recent decades blocked off to the public and used as a railroad "paper warehouse." Lucky for us, in 2016, the space was lovingly refurbished and reintroduced as a private event space under the moniker: The Burlington Room. The room’s ornate ceiling, champagne-colored columns, and French block murals have been painstakingly restored and returned to their early 19th century opulence, ready to sweep guests away with an old-world grandeur that is the only of its kind in Chicago. Set just off the Great Hall's Northwest corner, it can accommodate groups of up to 350 and features its own dedicated entrance and catering kitchen.
